How to set the temperature of the batch fryer machine?
The temperature can be set when the potato chip fryer is used. After the fryer is installed, first turn on the switch of the manual slag removal port and close the automatic slag removal valve. Then, pour clean water into the fryer and rinse the batch fryer while flushing.
One hour before using the machine, fill the fryer with oil, and the oil line can start heating when the oil line reaches 15 cm in the frying basket.
