Specific processing process of fried peanuts

  • Peanut shells peeling. If your raw material is shelled peanuts, you may consider purchasing a dedicated peanut sheller. The machine can quickly peel peanuts, and will not cause damage to the peanut kernels.
  • Peanut kernels frying. For frying peanuts, it is best to choose an automatic discharging type frying machine (tipping type frying machine). If your output is large, you can also choose a continuous fryer. The automatic discharging deep fryer is very suitable for frying all kinds of nuts. When frying peanuts, pre-heat the oil in the fryer to 150 ℃ -160 ℃. When the oil temperature is appropriate, add a certain amount of clean peanuts. The frying time of each batch of peanuts is about 5-6 minutes.
  • Fried peanuts deoiling. After the peanuts are fried, a semi-automatic deoiling machine should be used to quickly degrease, which can remove the excess oil droplets on the surface of the fried peanuts and ensure the taste of the fried peanuts. The speed and time of the deoiler can be set. Generally, it takes about 3 minutes to deoil.
  • Fried peanuts seasoning. The seasoning of fried peanuts depends on the customer’s needs. Customers can add salt, chili powder, and other prepared seasonings to season fried peanuts in the automatic seasoning machine.
  • Fried peanuts packaging. The final step is to pack the seasoned fried peanuts. We recommend the vacuum packaging machine. This vacuum packaging can maintain the flavor of fried peanuts for a longer time, making it less susceptible to moisture and taste.

Steps for making spicy peanuts with the line

  • Peanut blanching. Pick clean peanuts and put them in this electric blanching machine. The temperature during blanching is 80 ℃ -100 ℃ for about 3 minutes. The purpose of blanching peanuts is to make it easier to separate peanut kernels and peanut red skins from each other.
  • Wet peanut peeling. After bleaching, the peanuts should be peeled with a wet peanut peeler. The machine uses two sets of rubber rollers to squeeze and rub the bleached peanuts, which can quickly peel off the red skin of the peanuts and will not cause damage to the peanut kernels.
  • Peanut frying. Before frying the peanuts in a fryer, drain, and air dry the peeled peanuts. When frying, the temperature of the deep fryer should be preheated to about 160 ° C in advance, and then peeled peanuts are added for frying. The frying time is about 5 minutes. The heating method of the fryer can be electric heating and gas heating.
  • Fried peanut deoiling. Similarly, after frying, we need to use the rotary deoiling machine to deoil. The deoiling process lasts about 2-3 minutes.
  • Spicy peanuts seasoning. The seasoning of spicy peanuts is basically similar to the original fried peanuts, and they are all seasoned with an automatic seasoning machine. But the seasoning used for spicy peanut seasoning is quite special, which is the certain recipe made from cut red pepper, and other seasonings.
  • Spicy peanuts packaging. The packaging of spicy peanuts can be used in ordinary bags and vacuum packaging, vacuum packaging is common on the market. We can provide corresponding vacuum packaging machines and pellet packaging machines.
