接下来，我们安装了一台高速切片机，配备可互换刀片，允许客户瞬间切换平片和波浪片。生产线的核心包括一台漂烫机，用于去除多余的淀粉，一台脱水机，以及一台油水混合薯片炸制机，自动过滤残渣以延长油的使用寿命。
最后，去油机和八角调味机确保薯片不油腻，且在包装前完美裹上香料。

Our equipment was chosen over competitors because of its robust construction and adaptability. The entire potato chips processing line is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is essential for meeting Mexico’s strict food safety regulations and ensures durability against corrosion.
Additionally, the potato slicer allows for precise thickness adjustments (from 0.5mm to 1.5mm), giving the client full control over the texture of their final product.

We believe that distance should not be a barrier to trust. Before the potato chips line was shipped, we purchased fresh potatoes to conduct a comprehensive live trial at our factory. We recorded every step—from peeling to frying—and sent the unedited footage to the client to prove the machine’s capability.
To ensure the equipment arrived in Mexico City in perfect condition, we used heavy-duty packaging methods: each machine was wrapped in moisture-proof film and secured inside reinforced wooden crates. We also arranged a live video call inspection, allowing the client to verify the voltage readings and machine details personally before the shipment was sealed.
